In this video, it use a lot of simple lines and shapes to shows the movement of objects. It also uses a lot of repeated figure (the main actor/the guy in the video) to make it stands out. It also uses blurred object and grouping multiple images (for example, the "wing" of the man from 00:47 onwards) to represent the movement and speed of objects.
It also uses different type of principles of animation. I like the use of staging of this video with using the simple line or the rectangular shapes to lead the viewers eye to where the action will occur so that they do not miss anything. We can also see the uses of anticipation, for example when the man 'flying' up with his wing grows from his back to show the audience the preparation for the action. We also see they use pose to pose action for the main guy and his wing. It have a lot of in-between poses. They also use many slow in and out and timing for the rectangular shapes to let audience notice the speed of the objects easily.
2. The second reference that I found is a motion graphic with the theme 'Technology and Society'.
In this video, one of the repeated figure is the screen of the televison. It also have many multiple images to represent the movement of the objects, for example, the tail of the dog, the mouth of the mother and the fingers of the father. it also uses lines of force to show the pathway of movement of the dog's tail.
One of the most obvious principles of animation that use in this video is arcs, when the dog swinging its tail. It also use pose to pose for almost all the actions. It also use the overlapping action for a lot of actions because the video is fast-paced.
